Greetings!
I’m Jess Garcia, a Spiritual teacher & healer, Mentor, and Storyteller. I’m here to guide you in reclaiming your sacred connection to Source, healing ancestral wounds, and awakening the divine wisdom within you.
I was born into the crossroads of two worlds—the wisdom of my ancestors and the fractures of colonization. As a first-generation Mexican American, I grew up disconnected from my spiritual inheritance, conditioned to forget the ways of my lineage. This disconnection, compounded by generational trauma, led me into years of struggle battling mental illness, numbing my pain, and searching for belonging in places that could never truly hold me.
Everything changed when I answered the call to remember. I walked away from the life I had built and immersed myself in my ancestors' lands, seeking the wisdom buried beneath centuries of distortion. I lived among Indigenous communities, studied Toltecayotl Philosophy, and sat with elders who carried the ancient ways. My journey also led me to explore other sacred traditions—from the esoteric teachings of Egypt and the Vedas to Gnostic mysticism and pre-flood civilizations—revealing the universal threads that weave all wisdom back to Great Spirit, our Divine Source.
Through my own healing and remembrance, I reclaimed my role as a guide—a bridge between the seen and unseen, the past and the future. Now, I help others do the same.
